Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our services, including making reservations and staying at our property, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Reservations & Payment
All reservations are subject to availability. A valid credit card or advance payment may be required to confirm your booking. Rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) or Guatemalan Quetzales (GTQ) and are subject to applicable taxes.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may be subject to a charge equivalent to one night's stay. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to respect the property, other guests, and staff. The resort reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if their behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or violates local laws. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
Limitation of Liability
The resort is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests participate in activities at their own risk. We recommend purchasing travel insurance before your trip.
